RE:LAC history updated

RE:LAC history updatedComprehesive report not click bait as some idiot would claim.  Northern NV is in an D2 severe and could become D3 extreme drought. Not sure how much water they need to operate, but any significant amount in this environment is very worrisome.  I live in northern NV, because of drought my well dropped 9', some areas within a 30 mile radius wells have gone dry.  Besides mining and residential demands on warter, we also have alfalfa and potato farming.  Drillling a deeper well so far has addressed water short falls, but it is an very big expense for residents of this area, and begs the question just how much water there is at deepth. People seem to forget what desert means.  The small cattle ranchers here bitterly complain about the BLM regulating how the grazing is done.  But, if left to them it would become a dust bowl, because there is precious little top soil, once the tops soil is gone it takes decades to restore plants, that keep the land from becoming drifting sande dunes.
