This company is not that good when it comes to

This company is not that good when it comes to releasing news, they never give the full story, then they have a webinar or somekind of youtube video which most potential investors never see, most new investors read the news releases, at least i do. Furthermore they made this deal months ago, so they should know what they want to accomplish with this deal and release it to us the shareholders who are the owners of this, why leave us in the dark?
