RE:RE:11.00 Target ???I would expect an announcement from the trust when they are ready to establish positions in other REITs.  They may still need clarification of what (if any) limits they will face in order to do this and still maintain the desired REIT structure.  

In the meantine, Artis is cheaper than most other REITs, with the exception of MRT.  So I am quite happy to have the fresh funds applied to aggressive buybacks through the NCIB - or even a SIB as Samir mentioned at the last earnings call. 

Best to stick to a simple strategy.  To quote New York Giants GM George Young following his 1990 Super Bowl win (with Jeff Hostetler at the QB slot):  

Play a conservative game
Have a good defense
Run the ball

The finance equivalent of this would be:

Keep debt low
Own cheap assets
Buy back stock
