NEVER ever use your working capital for long term investment, so dilution or borrowing over the long term for capital assets is the right thing to do. Well @Mason, I don't want to hurt your feelings but I would definately not want you as my CEO if you think to use your working capital for financing long term assets. Sorry to rain on your parade @Mason but you are totally wrong in thinking of using working capital to finance this last deal. Wrong opinion Buddy!! Pull another one like that and you are going on ignore for sure. You are too funny!! Please go on Amazon and purchase a few books on Esssentials of business financing or business financing for dummy type books that might really help you in understanding long term financing and short term financing. I know you might feel offended by my remarks but you truly walked into this one by mentioning using cash as your financing opinion which is telling me that you know absolutely nothing about financing long term assets. Working capital is the life blood of a small company, you don't tie that up in long term assets. Period!!
