RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:GCM valuation...building the 48km road is only critical if they have a deal with zijin to truck a lot of ore to the aurora plant.
if gcm builds their own processing plant, they truck all their ore
locally and do not need smoothly paved roads to truck ore a long distance. in no way are they trucking a lot of ore on the southern road.

the cost and timeline of building roads is already included in the capex of the pea study. of course roads would be built during construction. building a road is not a major barrier.
https://goldxmining.com/overview-toroparu-gold-project/ "Facilities at Toroparu include a 200-person camp and 2,500-foot all-weather airfield. Toroparu is currently accessed overland via the 240-km Itiballi-Puruni-Papishao Landing Road, which was
rehabilitated by Gold X in 2003, and is a
major corridor for both western Guyana and one of its important gold producing areas."
that major corridor southern road was enough for them to bring in heavy drill rigs, drill all that 10 million oz gold, build a 200-person camp and airfield. there should be no problem for them to use the airfield and southern road until the northern 48km road is built to aurora.

Impossible for the developpement of toro . That's why , they ( gldx one y ago ) and serafino now decided to build the northern way 48 kms to join the aurora road .
At that time there is nothing made . ( it seems there is even no path on the north between toro and aurora. ( google map )
There is only engineering studies lauched by gldx last year.
BUT , imagine i am completely wrong . So why we have not any single news on that matter , not even a simple picture , video , not a simple cost , not a simple word from serafino. ?
This road is THE game changer for toro : it would means , ok toro will see the light of the day soon.
I am sure that as soon as they launch the construct of the road ( laterite ) the price of gcm will take off . But we are not there yet.
