Outstanding Leadership

Outstanding LeadershipI only invest in stocks with an ethical purpose. I was quite pleased to see that AUSA wants to create a gold standard when it comes to social equity in the US cannabis business. The company established a Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board, headed by Melissa Rolston, a well-respected cannabis executive. She will advise on issues regarding diversity and inclusion. Hats off to AUSA—it’s assuming a corporate leadership role within an industry, that, let’s face it, has been predominantly white and male up to this point. Tempting to buy in.
