For my part, I've come up with the following which I've shared with DM a short while ago:
Congratulations for closing the MediCall deal.
Question 1: Over the past months DM has gone on an acquisition spree (i.e. Concierge Medical, Perspectum Drone Inspection Services etc). Although investors are interested by these new initiatives many are trying to understand the bigger picture as to how Nexalogy, RpA, telehealth, drone technology, Ronin etc come together. In essence, where DM is going with all these (verticals).
Some of the concerns turn around the dilution surrounding the taking on of new businesses and spreading resources to tackle an increasing number of new initiatives/projects/verticals. Investors wish to better understand how all of these are linked, to meet DM's broader vision and strategic objectives.
Question 2: The NR for the announcement of the MediCall acquisition is short on details and few information is readily available online. It's also unclear as to how long MediCall has been in existence, if it already generates revenues and, if so, to what level - something investors would be interested in knowing, in order to better assess how this affects (positively or negatively) the bottom line of their investments in DM. Furthermore, little information is available as to the structure of the business (i.e. management, employee count, verticals, financials etc).
It would be appreciated if these questions could be addressed during the webinar.
