RE:JV sections in the southeast corner Yes this joint venture thing is intriguing.  PIPE gets information on their SE lands and a little bit of cash eventually. I am not sure, but I think JV activities don't usually pay out until costs of drilling and completion are recouped.  I am sure someone can confirm or refute my assumption.

The real value is of course getting more accurate information on what PIPE has access to in the SE if/when they get around to developing those sections.

We talked about it recently. The JV partner, Spartan Delta, just acquired several sections in the Gold Creek from Hammerhead. The latter, a private company, is controlled by Riverstone, Pipestone's largest shareholder. Details are on SDE updated presentation.
Looks like good cooperation between various players in the area and hopefully it will attract more attention from investors.
