ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd. applied to the Alberta Utilities Commission for a pipeline licence transfer of existing pipelines, lines 1 and 2 under Licence 60496, to NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. In Decision 26189-D01-2021,1 the Commission found that approval of the application was in the public interest and that the amended licence would be issued subsequent to the issuance of the licence in Proceeding 25937. On June 18, 2021, the Commission issued Licence 604962 to ATCO Pipelines, pursuant to Decision 25937-D01-2021.3
