yesterdays newsNR from yesterday hardly increased volume from previous weeks, nevermind move the price. A decrease in shorts, by 114k on a .015 stock is not even worth mentioning. The bid is 18M and the ask is 9M: over 19M has traded between .015-.02 since early May, and a further 14+M for 2 weeks in mid-April between .015-2. No reason to believe this won't trade sideways for another 2 months in the Summer, with a good portion of it at .015. GL.
