The Company operates in a single segment focused on re-performing mortgages, and to a lesser extent non-performing mortgages and real property. The Company primarily targets acquisitions of re-performing loans (RPLs), which are residential mortgage loans and non-performing loans (NPLs), which are residential mortgages. It invests in single-family and smaller commercial properties directly either through a foreclosure event of a loan in its mortgage portfolio, or, less frequently, through a direct acquisition. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CNH to buy RAVN for $2.1 Billion -- The Race is on.Well there are a few more shares being traded today....so going in the right direction.

Corporate offers.....how to....
If, and I am only speculating here, a company were interested in acquiring AJX is it only the bankers that are privy to the information (along with senior mangement)? Are any shareholders given a heads up?

Just wondering if there would be any clues out there....
