Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. Yes we have good banks in Canada.

I do own LIF.

I have never been one to "rent" stocks for the dividend. You might be better off holding on some Cdn banks for a while.

Banks are still barely recovred from 2020. BNS, for example, had modestly higher share  prices in summer 2017 than now. And they have paid their divs every month. Analysts expect a dvidiend raise for BNS.
