Pond Announces Sale of Pembina Petroleum/Natural Gas Assets
$POND announced today sale of its petroleum and natural gas assets in the Pembina Area, Alberta.
 
Highlights from the news release:
 
- Agreement is with Grizzly Resources
 
- Grizzly will assume all abandonment and reclamation liabilities related to the assets, giving Pond more flexibility, the ability to clean up their balance sheet, and allows them to continue their aggressive growth path
 
- Grizzly will pay up to $2.25M in future conditional consideration to Pond from the Pembina asset
 
Currently sitting at $0.62, this game-changing carbon capture company has a tight share structure and a mc of only $26.79M. LOTS of growth potential in the carbon capture industry, I'm looking forward to hearing about Pond's initiatives underway in the upcoming months!
