RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Initial takes on updated PEAIf it were worth $20 it wouldn't be trading at $2!   You aren't the only one who can add numbers.  What's so obvious to you obviously isn't to everyone else on Earth.

Why didn't any of those "tire kickers" buy the project?

At $20 that's 3 billion plus 6 billion = 9 billion to get and build this....oh and the mystery box of "blue sky" stuff.

NO ONE is going to dump 9 billion into this. NO ONE.  If it were a pure copper play or a copper molly play it would be worth more but gold mines suk. Gold is incredibly cyclical and volatile...you just assume $2000 when in a year it could be $1200 and I'm sure Rio knows this and isn't too sweet on being a gold miner

The 50% premium over the current share price being an average premium....not when the project is in the Yukon, needs 150 miles of road and bridges, an airstrip, permits, imported fuel, a camp etc  So I wouldn't pay more than $2.50 for it if I was Rio.
