The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

Probably a buyout but some fairly obscure mining company controlled by Wexford (much like Bonterra) at a 35% premium and half of what bonterra paid for Metanor. Stupid will sing the praises of the new company (as he usually does) and say Kirkland is going to buy them out somewhere down the line.
