The retail float has to be dwindling. But you'd think it'd be hard to find so many people selling such an undervalued stock. No buyers for a stock trading at well over 50% off that pays a dividend currently yielding almost 3%.
at this point, I almost want it to go to .13 - .14 before earnings.

For sure there will be another buyback in August.  That seems to be how the program works.

Little to no promotion/minimal disclosure (compared to similar Co's) , release earnings, buyback from disgruntled weak hands, insider buys, release earnings, little to no promotion/minimal disclosure, buyback from disgruntled weak hands, insider buys, release earnings, issue options, buyback from weak hands, etc. ....what's not to love, if you're a tapped into the LT plan as an insider?  Endgame will likely be a different story.  But is that 3 months from now? 1 year? 3 years? 10 years down the road?

I find myself hoping for a NAV/sh increse to fiddy cent, so the share price rises to .25

Maybe Roger should disclose his retirement plans as a service to minority shareholders?
