There are probably a bunch of different procurement and contracting mechanisms that government organizations can use. I would guess that being on this list may facilitate some. I think this is one of those things that can help but by itself does not necessarily guarantee success. Another one of those input-type news, while the only thing that everyone is waiting for is results. The wait continues.
