puzzling situation re RF Capital

Can anyone explain why stock should be trading at $2.00.   Cannacord offered $2.34 and managment stated offer  NOT in best interests of shareholders.  cannacord stated it was prepared to increase offer substantially and Board refused.

Stock is trading at $ 2.00and no interest.

Monthly managed investments is at all time  high.

What is going on with my investment and extremely disappointed with CEO and promises.
