-At the 14;00 time...M Gunter said " We have over $13 million in cash & cash equivalent sitting in the Bank ".
-I am very surprise that M.Gunter gave us the Q2 Cash Balance before Q2 financial (End August 2021).
Now that we have the cash balance for Q2,2021 let's use this $13 million to find out what Q2,2021 revenue could look like.
First the numbers...
- 2020 year end cash balance= $2 million.
-Q1,2021 cash balance increase ($4.6million - $2 million) = $2.6 million.
-Q2,2021 cash balance increase ($13 million - $4.6 million(Q1)) = $8.4 million.
-Q1,2021 revenue = $19 million.
-Q2 revenue = X(unknow).
If we use the "Rule of Three" ( the "Rule of Three" is a method of having three number to help calculate the unknow X (X=revenue).
The three numbers that we have are...(2021).
-Q1 Revenue = $19 million.
-Q1 Cash balance increase = $2.6 million.
-Q2 cash balance increase = $8.4 million.
The Rule of Three...
X (Q2 revenue) = $19 million X $8.4 million = $61 million
$2.6 million
X (Q2 revenue) = approximately $61 million.
