I personally think and stand to be corrected is that our second Apple case launched in January could possibly be a game changer in addition to our CAFC in Federal Court in US. We should be referring to our Apple cases not Apple case alone in US.
Not having found any update our information on our Apple case in Germany ,I have no idea of amount of infringements damage asked for. But in my( IMO) any inferace used in Apple products should be material if used in countless billions of Apple products and not knowing number of years involved.
Decision in German case could result in injunction of Apple products.
Could anyone on board obtain details of Apple case in Germany.?
In summary we have two major cases going on with Apple so let's not on refer to one Applecase.
Decisions could be received on both cases within next 6 months and I am loading up at current price.
