The market can go pound dirt for all I care. I'll take advantage of any price inefficiencies the market may offer, but otherwise what WRN trades for doesn't affects whether or not my favourite MLB team wins a game tomorrow or how well the BoD negotiates with RIO.
Once the negotiations are nearing the home stretch, it has zero to do with what some random retail trader pays for a microscopic portion of the entire company. The BoD aren't in the business of buying and selling shares, their job is to hand off Casino to the ultimate suitor at the price that maximizes shareholder value.
