Tgif has operations and touches the plant - cannabis- in the US- where cannabis is a schedule 1 narcotic- same classification as heroin. Nasdaq has requirements that they have to follow federal laws, cannabis is illegal at the federal level, therefore us cannabis companies can't list on the biggest exchanges. Canadian companies like shitdial and tilray don't have US plant touching operations, mostly in Canada, can list on the nasdaq. Tgif is allowed on the cse because cse follows the verbatim that cannabis law is left to the states. Therefore us cannabis companies can list on these shat exchanges. The tide is going to turn.

Being picked up by an ETF such as MSOS would get us into a major index with being listed on a major index.
