I wonder what the conditions are for subsequent tranches of this PP to be released. Zorg, ideas?

Good question LonghandStrong.  What makes Tudor think I'll pay $3/share with no warrants when the stock closed at $2.48?  That's a 20%+ premium.  Pure guts?  Wishful thinking?  Or is there something else?  But it certainly has me wondering if I should accumulate some shares tomorrow morning in the open market.

An oversubscription on this one should put any questions to rest as to the ability to raise money for drilling.  The amount of time it takes to close could also tell a story.  I think we can agree these terms are aggressive.  Tudor clearly believes they have pricing power.

Teuton and American Creek are at even more extreme discounts.  It will be interesting to see the price action tomorrow.
