RE:RE:RE:RE:Post Raven Acquisition WorldAs AJX and other companies have been saying for some time now OEM's are much more interested in combining the best in class systems rather than relying on just one supplier that offers an area of expertise alongside other products that are just average (CNH appears to be an exception with the Raven acquisition). That's why AJX has been so focussed on their core area of expepertise being steering, but they've also been focussing on integrating different components from various suppliers into an ecosystem that works best for an OEM customer. That in my mind is what makes them particularly well suited to be acquired and integrated into an OEM, the fact that they offer best in class steering, own the IP that others are currently infringing on, and they can integrate components from almost any other supplier, including what an OEM does in house, into a complete precision agricultre service offering across almost all aplications. Take a look at all the patents AJX has been awarded the past few years and you'll understand what I'm refering too. It's also why AJX has much higher margin potential then the Ravens of the world.
