Yielding 8.5% + at current prices

Yielding 8.5% + at current pricesTime to buy? Could be another great buying oppurtunity in the world of high dividend stocks. Will the dividend ever go back up to $.10 a month? Times are a little tough at the moment but even at the current dividend  of $.05 a month it is well worth the risk of buying now and seeing where the road takes us.
