RE:RE:financingInterest free only 3 months from the closing expected August 3rd, After that if financing is not in place UEX will be charged 4% on the full $41 loan . If the magic does not work and UEX stock still trading in the in the mid to low 30" the financing is going to hurt UEX shareholders(all of us)as dilution will be much higher that at .50 to .-55 JMHO GLTA
