No chance of bankruptcy and R/S

Bankruptcy and the often talked about reverse split by the shorts in the past are now just that... in the past. And, while a private takeover is still possible, it would have made more sense after the BT sale and under $1. Everyday the stock rises so does the premium reducing the prospects of a takeover.
