Its 100-per-cent-owned Perron-East Gold Project consists of five mineral claim blocks covering 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec.

James Nelson NEVER does LIVE interviews. He and Seth and friends work from home and take calls from "investors". I've talked with them both. And will never invest in them or SPMT. The presence of operators like these guys do a ton of harm to the credibility of the Venture Exchange.

And now the BCSC wants to clean it up. I hope they do.
