Belle Fleur contracts with ALPS to build a Mass. facility, AUSA gets the money; Belle Fleur accommodates AUSA cultivars so AUSA gets more money from selling their cannabis brands at cost to the east coast. Talk about de-risking expansion! Sure to be a dollar stock soon.
