Augusta Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration and development company. the board and current mgmt is hiding skeletons. thats why maryse left so soon. a massive lawsuit was filed against the board and the company isnt even telling the shareholders about it, no disclosure in financials. it could take the company down when (not if) they lose it.
