I missed the call and the replay is not up yet, but the PR states: "Licensing and Other revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2022 was $24 million as negotiations for the sale of a portion of the patent portfolio continue".

Are you sure he did not say "We have negotiated (but we have not yet signed) a definitive agreement" ?
