Thanks patchh for taking the time to write out this detailed and excellent explanation.

Makes sense now. 

I am still confident that we will be at 50 cents minimum before expirey and that the warrants will trade + - a cent from that as the date approaches (despite attempts to play games... as always occurs to some degree.)

On ther other hand if a joint venture or offer enters the works then $1.00 to $1.50 is definately a defensible pricing at $4.00 / $4.50 copper IMO.

when these large deals do go down - they are always percived as overpaid and the stoks of the principals remain floored for several quarters..

as to the warrants - these beasties are a quagmire..  if the price remains around 6 cents for the Jan gooing into sept..  then its going to be a huge smoot point !

i hav a small chunk of this operation - just not in deep..  i do expect to see very large returns..

presently - the whole sho is headed to court here in reno over the Fast 41 and Thacker Pass permits..

this law suit has put the BLM Land Swap on hold..  i spoke to the PE over at BLM about ten days ago..  said its a glitch..

as to Arco or ARC... NVG may not want to do a direct acquisition due to the Legacy and ongoing clean up efforts..

a large banking arrangement for the ARC Distrik is in better positions to fend off any lang-grabs by the tree huggers..

these soo called tree huggers are essentially NGO's and are funded by third parties.. foriegn mines, goverments and like minded Stymies or Pygmie Politicians..

i hav not read Amoties bill in the US Congress, that has been thru legaslative services; but U can Bet that there will B language about finicial disclosures of foriegn interest.

Amoti is the repp for nevada who arranged for the NCI Land Swap and has the ARC Land Swap completed but not released w a date or decision..

as to a direct ARC Acquision by NVG;probably not..  i think it will B a new beastie and will reside in the offices of NVG in Elko..

AMoti had a podacast from elko a few days ago - he lightly touched on the predators who continully disrupt mining permitting..  even after they have been approved.  the mining companies come in here - even with new technology; and they get sued the day they apply for a permit..

the mines are in the buisness of mining.. 

the banks need legislation so they can take care of the buisness of miners..

ergo - the LAC Fast 41 Federal Suit is w/o standing..  nevada is not filing a brief - neither is BLM - neither is Yearingtomn..  they will hav this tossed.. 

the tribes did not join and neither did a chief file a brief..  should the harry hater mod-squads gfet a stay..

count on the nevada confederation of tribes filing a countersuit  and that's the last thing the federal courts want to see in reno.. the tribal attorneys come into the court house as a pak of wolves - jam all of the court rooms at the same time.  its not one hearing..  its three or four...
