RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Back to $1.10 Agreed with your lamentation about the incentive structure in its current form; however, aside from voting our shares and making it known that (hopefully) a good sized portion of the shareholder base disapproves of his overly generous pay package, I do not find it useful to harp on and on about it as you continue to do.
Yes as I mentioned a while back on the ceo.ca thread, CV wears too many hats and he needs to hand several of them off, starting with hiring a solid Sales VP and I'd hope his disastrous hiring and firing of the Sales VP for the 2019 sales season taught him some valuable lessons in what attributes to emphasize. I certainly like the process he's described in terms of how they've brought on a young hungry sales team. Verde has survived some very low points and was for years almost a one man show so these growing pain points should not be unexpected. While I find CV to be hard headed and arrogant at times I'm also not blind to the fact that these also may be important attributes in creating a far bigger more successful company and thus far, while my patience has been tested, I still believe in the potential for Verde to reach the far less capital intensive PFS phase 2 target within 7 years. The global narrative is also swinging into Verdes corner...so the tailwind may pick up speed in coming years. All imo
