He controls Thomvest, SALP, and Liminal, as well as many well known businesses, such as Woodbridge, Thomson Reuters, and The Globe and Mail. Peter Thomson is part of the wealthiest family in Canada, "The Thomson Family".

Peter Thomson's power and influence financially, legally, politically, and media wise, is unsurpassed. He is behind the unethical target and destruction of Prometic, now Liminal. Thomvest approached Prometic as an interested investor but in the Spring of 2019 it became obvious that he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Thomvest claimed that they would help develop this company but it's been obvious for two years now that they only wanted it for themselves. Thomvest through, SALP, owned less than 5% when retail investors owned 90%. His actions reversed those numbers and resulted in many long term investors seeing a lifetime of savings wiped out because he found an underhanded loophole in our Exchange Rules to satisfy his greed and steal this promising technology for himself. It is believed that they began shorting and driving down Prometic share price well before extending a now questionable olive branch. In 2016 the price began to decline while progress was being made, it made no sense with all the science and many promising pipelines. All gone now! With the onset of Black Momba and the relentless short attack they drove the price down to place Prometic in a position to require financing. Thomvest financed but took all of the IP and held it under SALP in the Cayman Islands.

Thovest is harvesting all this potential out the back door now for themselves and hiding any future profits in a web of conglomerate companies. He is screwing these new round of investors, now referred to as suckers!
We will expose Peter Thomson for what he has done here. Not only has he intentionally destroyed the potential of Prometic but stole the life saving of thousands of Canadians and denied patients, children, the life saving treatments they had anticipated.
