RE:Agreement To Acquire Alliance HealthCare ServicesHave never been fan of co's with medicare/medicaid rev reliance as reeivables can go out 12 months before w/o action yet they assess income based on completed procedures, but with  acquiree being around for so long and prospective EBDA (without all interest costs) over US$! to $1.25 just had to get in. Now needs to close and the dust to settle.
