dig deeper my friend.....Having both barrels aimed at Dorsey.....wrong place, time, and reason. The media got it
right last year when they first reported that Blackberry is a take-over target. The time was
ripe with the covid crash still a going concern, what many didn't see occuring was Watsa
himself was once again wanting to buy-out BB on the cheap. Big Surprise.....

The media was left hanging, while the BOD's worked to convince Watsa that this wouldn't
be in the best interests of minority shareholders, and that legal issues would surely give
the company another black-eye. In order to appease Watsa.....the BOD"s killed the current
debentures for a much sweeter deal. Why do you think that happened ?? Chen himself....
just months earlier, stated that BB didn't need any new funding. Dorsey knows who the
real enemy is....
