As for "greener pastures", I am always for value and I like a lot of the stocks that have not returned to their pre-pandemic prices or ones that have just reached such levels.  I also think the green energy stocks deserve a look eg Boralex, BEP etc as they have been hit pretty good.

I have not left the BPY group entirely, I have allocated a good chunk of my portfolio to BPY and BPO preferred shares.

All the best,
Vette

Also.............

In conjunction with BEP’s unit split, the Board of Directors of Brookfield Renewable Corporation ("BEPC") has approved a concurrent three-for-two share split of BEPC’s outstanding shares. The BEPC split will also be implemented by way of a subdivision whereby shareholders will receive an additional one-half of a share for each share held.
