RE:RE:RE:Maximum Bladder Volume

RE:RE:RE:Maximum Bladder Volume From the July 30 news release:

Bladder Volume Calculation:

The clinical protocol did not clearly define the bladder volume calculation to be used by the pharmacy and the principal investigator to determine bladder size for administration of the Study Drug and Study Device, respectively. Average bladder volume voided over a 3 day period was used as opposed to a percentage of the maximum bladder volume voided.

Interesting discussion (since we have no other new information).

How does the TLT proctocol determine bladder volume? Based on volume produced or by filling up bladder with fluid and using a pressure guage? Or filling up and visualizing bladder contours? I could see that full volumes would increase pressure and that would increase chance of back pressure up ureters then UTI risk. I also wonder if the new protocol thrown in prophylatic antibiotic dose given the UTI risk.
