RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A question for the AGM?fully agree 99942A.., no 'material' info can be released at AGM, but companies will often provide additional 'color' to what's already been released, including stuff that might not be considered 'material' in the eyes of securities regulators (OSC, etc)

Hi DJDawg I don't think they can give any material affecting news out to any exclusive group according to Canadian Securities, all material news must be accessible to all at the same time. Unless I have misread Securities laws I think all companies reporting at their AGM can only discuss what has already been revealed.
