RFP Tranche 2 delayed

RFP Tranche 2 delayedSo Tranche 2 was set to begin on June 30th. It has now been pushed off until August 30th... a 2 month delay.

Greenbriar is fully engaged in Tranche 1 so this shouldn't concern us, but it does speak to the lofty expectations PREPA/PREB had of trying to meet such an aggressive timeline in regards to releasing all 6 of the RFP Tranches.

This is obviously a learning curve for them and Tranche 1 seems to be their trial by fire.
Like everyone else, I am just an observer, and can only deduce that the powers that be are a little overwhelmed with the whole process and need to slow things down a bit. Hopefully Tranche 1 stays on schedule and we find out if Montalva is accepted for further consideration on July 15th.
