I think you'll get 1.845 x 1200 shares of the "new" MMAT traded on NASDAQ. Your Canadian listed stock will disappear. The price which each new MMAT will be worth in USD, is anyone's guess really - take MMATF closing price (USDS14) as a starting point, then when markets open, the market value will adjust almost immediately to what the market dictates each share is worth on Monday morning. We're all hoping it'll stay close to $US14 or go higher (+25%). But being on NASDAQ would open us to the US shorts
