No premium, then no chance of a deal, zippo, simple as that. The 2 companies will then remain just that, 2 companies. No incentive to be bought out, and nobody can make them do it. Nuvista is finacially strong and will bring in minimim $450m in cash flow in 2022 with WTI at a mere $65. Debt:CF <1.0x end of 2022.

If POU were smart they would step up to the plate and pay $5.00 a share now, before NVA is $8.00 late in 2022 to early 2023. That premium now would look like a pittance down the road. Heck Nuvista could be trading at $5.00 by September, lol!!
