ARC stock is so cheap, because of ratings agency's have down graded there recent presentation and classified them it as a comedy duo. The company presentation lacks any relevant numbers, and meaningful projection, and it thinking is absurd. Why would a company be promoting the spend of 600 million dollars with more than 40,000 boe of half cycle economic production at their finger tips.
