RE:How soon before Newfoundland #1?

British Columbia also hosts the infamous Golden Triangle, situated in the northern region of the province close to the Yukon; however, BC also holds a wide range of gold deposits all throughout and has over 3,380 occurrences in which gold is considered as the primary commodity, according to the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources of British Columbia.
In all honesty I think it will be a very long time before NL dethrones Ontario or Quebec in yearly gold production. It takes decades to build up the kind of production numbers seen in the top few provinces. I'm not 100% sure but I suspect that Ontario and Quebec must produce at least 2 or 3 million ounces of gold each per year. So it will most likely take ten or more years to get to those kind of numbers but Queensway will give NL one h*ll of a start. It's a fun time to be investing in NL gold juniors. Lots of drilling and exploration work ahead of us for years and years as a result of New Found Gold's very impressive high grade gold discovery.
