RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New around here.... Hey Aarman4, welcome aboard. As you mentioned the knowledge passed around this board by the likes of Coca, Exronly and others is unbelievably helpful to all of us.
I think the cap issue has been addressed but I will add that Exro would have no problem raising cash from any number of sources if need be IMO. Yes, cap management is a challenge at this stage but ultimately I believe the SP will run ahead of potential dilution concerns over time.
Re the moat issue, I believe the moat was excavated years back (Exronly would know more on that than I). What we are now seeing is a deepening and widening of that moat. Obviously you are aware of the critical role R&D plays in this respect and I think you will see that number explode on the statement of operations in the coming year or two. From this, we will see many more patents come our way. As I'm sure most are aware, R&D has to be written off (expensed) under accounting GAAP ( at least for reporting companies) but we all know there is huge value locked up in the number. As you mentioned, it is very, very difficult to come up with a valuation on that but it is inherent and represent the single largest asset that Exro holds. By far. I will leave it to the CBV's of the world to determined that value.
Loved the Radius interview and anxiously waiting for the AZ news coming our way. As I have said before, I would be surprised if we don't see a U.S. subsidiary head quartered in AZ. From there, as Sue mentioned, they will establish strategically located offices throughout the States. From that I see larger partnerships come into being and a much larger profile.
This makes sense to me. The immediate practical reason is simply from an accounting standpoint. Presumably, the AZ hirings would be employees of Exro (and why wouldn't they be??). The administration of those "non resident" employees is governed under the US-Canada tax treaty and it is way easier to handle that burden through a U.S. Corp. Way easier.
Big things coming our way folks.
