Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:Tues 9am PSTI just read this on page 30 of the photon control booklet:

"If as a registered shareholder or optionholder you are using your control number to login to the meeting and you accept the terms and conditions, you will be REVOKING any and all previously submitted votes or proxies for the meeting and will be provided the opportunity to vote by online ballot on the applicable matters put forth at the meeting. 

If you wish to attend the meeting but do not wish to revoke your previously submitted votes or proxy, please join the meeting as a guest."

I never knew voting could be so confusing. Do I have to choose a proxy? I submitted my vote online.
