RE:RE:What kind of mismanagement is that?.....

RE:RE:What kind of mismanagement is that?.....what i am wondering is, ... how Ontario's Securities Commission OSC checking regulatory documents they posting in sedar? Blind or have another reason? Seemed, in Mongolia kind of investigation & studies made before:

1. VULNERABILITY OF THE CAPITAL MARKET by https://jargaldefacto.com/article/vulnerability-of-the-capital-market     ........    "..Therefore, it is critical that such information and reports need to be accurate. Inaccurate reports can negatively impact business performance and make share prices plummet.".....also noted one of the biggest default case in mining sector:   "...On 28 November 2018, Bloomberg TV Mongolia broadcast a story that said South Gobi Sands was in default. The story said ‘South Gobi Sands, which runs mining operations in Ovoot Tolgoi, hasn’t made their payment of 41.8 million USD to China Investment Corporation (CIC) on time,...."
Concluded:   This is a clear example of the strong scrutiny listed companies operate under and how transparent their information and performance must be kept.

2. Review on listed companies’ transparency at Mongolian Stock Exchange ..... https://eworkcapital.com/review-on-listed-companies-transparency-at-mongolian-stock-exchange/   .......   "...Governance transparency of the listed companies has a critical role for improving investors’ confidence on the managers and owners of the firm. .."

STGO about to change their independent auditors, successor BDO wouldn't repeat MNP's mistake, i guess....
