@pandora: I agree with: we would be in trouble if we wouldn't be allowed to believe what we believe.
In Germany we say: "Die Gedanken sind frei" :
Hannes Wader - Die Gedanken sind frei - Live
But there is a difference between believing bull&@#* and talking bull&@#*:
Believing in bull&@#*, don't harm anyone but talking bull&@#* does!
Also if someone talks bull&@#* and someone doesn't, bull&@#* is what separates both minds and with bull&@#* there is no consensus possible.
So because there is no consensus possible, we shouldn't post bull&@#* here, because this would only spam our DM board and will make it more difficult for new investors to find valuable information about DM.

@pandora. Clic on @mason's profile and you'll notice he repeatedly spreads nonsense, having nothing to do with DM, on a breadth of boards - touching on religion, conspiracy theories (covid, vaccines, elections etc). Some here have unsuccessfully tried to have him stick to DM only subjects. In that case I' think it's legit to snipe back. As to the US state of affairs, I'm quite sure people the world over are disappointed as to how polarized it is.
Yes, I noticed Mason's somewhat extreme leaning some time ago but I just take them for what they are. Someon'e opinions - right or wrong, depending on who's reading them. We all believe what we want to believe -- sometimes influenced by others, sometimes just recognizing right from wrong -- but always in our own thought process. Can even apply to investing! Some people may accept everything you have to say about investing and yet nothing what you say about politics, and vice versa. As long as we all have the right to believe what we believe -- when that ends then we're in deep trouble.
