Stans - a reverse merger?FYI - Maybe Stans is also hoping for such a reverse merger with someone that has both a real asset and a need to access the market quickly?
This would actually represent more important news for Stans. The OSC issue will come and go and remember they do not care about the feelings of a company or its shareholders. The question of ‘fair’ does not arise and Boris knows this. The OSC wants its required documentation, etc. and will take whatever time it wants to achieve this outcome.
