Air Canada laid off over 20,000 people why are they not bringing them all back right now if the furutre time line the pumpers are pumping is going to happen?

Instead they anounced over the next few moths to slowly bring back 10% of what they laid off.....

Even the Company is not promioting the time line the pumpers are.....  That should give everyone some pause when thinking this is going back to pre-pandemic levels anytime soon
